The Munich office on request of CHK provides its clients with intellectual property services in Europe and Germany. Dr. Andrea Schuessler heads the Munich office she studied chemistry with an emphasis on pharmaceutical chemistry and biochemistry at the Philipps University of Marburg, Germany. In 1996 Dr. Schuessler founded the patent law firm Huber & Schuessler together with Dr. Huber in Munich. Andrea is is of counsel to CH Kilger Anwaltspartnerschaft mbB and both Dr. Schüssler and Dr. Kilger have worked closely together over many years. The Munich team further includes numerous younger as well as more experienced attorneys.
Dr. Schüssler is the author of numerous articles relating to the patenting of chemical and biotechnological inventions. Her technical specialty is in the fields of organic and pharmaceutical chemistry and biotechnology, e.g. immunology, molecular genetics and cancer research granting the Munich office of CHK a unique expertise.
