Dr. Galia Lombardo Earl is part of the Mexico group of CH KILGER Anwaltspartnerschaft mbB in Latin America, as a Patent Administrator of Werner, Juk, Baudelio & Cia., S.C. She started her academic career in research of medicinal plants from Mexico, specifically in the phytopharmacology field, her studies involved the research of the effects of extracts from medicinal plants on cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and intrinsic conditions, such as oxidative stress, inflammation process, as well as the phytochemical analysis of the plant extracts; during her doctoral studies she received the University Merit Medal and in addition her doctoral research was basis for a patent.

In 2015, Dr. Lombardo transitioned into the field of Intellectual Property, applying her research and bilingual communication skills in the prosecution of patent applications in various subject matter areas.  Since then, she has successfully navigated amendments and additions to national IP Law and Regulations, increasing her expertise in various technical fields, and applying this knowledge to achieve positive outcomes for applicants.
